I saw Be Kind Rewind this afternoon, and it ruled. Bonus is that I felt well enough to actually go see it in a theater. Thumbs up! Gondry is artsy but isn't a d-bag about it, a rare combination.
I played some of Fallout 2 with the Restoration Project patch, and most of the additions (which are numerous) have been cool so far. Only complaint is that you can't go an inch on the world map without running into a random encounter, so that's something that could use a tweak for the next release.
I got chicken pox when I was six! I mention this as a positive because Jason, at the tender age of 25, is now suffering from them. Rough stuff.
Broin' Down 13 is tomorrow, and I've never not had fun at one of those.
It's not all bad. And it's assuredly going to get better. I have a big, wacky balance test on Thursday that's supposedly going to be a grueling ninety minutes. No fun, but if it gets me any closer to answers and a resolution, I'm happy to go as long as they want.
Back (probably) tomorrow with last minute hype for the big event.

"Please come see me in one of the worst reviewed comedies of the decade! PLEASE!?"

SEE YOU TOMORROW.
No buys.
Maybe this is like the Critic episode with Jean Paul le Pope (sp?) and Mike Swick will show up tonight to convince us that he is not boring but instead a very exciting fighter (and dainty as a doily?).
Also, NWA '86 is another reason to be cheerful! Jimmy Boogie Woogie Valiant FTW!!!
We were watching David Letterman at Lucas' parents' house on Friday and Jenna came on wearing a terrible turquoise dress. Lucas' mom commented on it, and I mentioned that one of the foremost things I've learned from you is that wearing bad clothes seems to be the norm for her.
This is true. My darling Jenna doesn't have much of a fashion sense, God bless her.
Also, if Mike Swick actually shows up and quickly beats up random men for our amusement, I will completely reverse my opinion of him.
:)
